By accessing the site or purchasing our products, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.

3. PRODUCT PRICING & DATA ACCURACY

• Currency: All prices displayed on Touboukou are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Shipping Fees: We maintain a transparent flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders delivered within the 50 U.S. States.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, or suspension of the Service.
• Errors: In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Touboukou reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method immediately.

4. BILLING & PAYMENT SECURITY

To ensure a secure shopping environment, we utilize SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment processors.

• Authorization: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. 5. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT PROTOCOLS

• Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).
• Transit Time: 3–7 business days (Delivered via USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
• Geographic Limitation: We ship exclusively to the United States. International shipping is currently unavailable.

6. CANCELLATIONS & ORDER MODIFICATIONS

We understand that mistakes happen. You may request to cancel or modify your order (such as changing a shipping address) within 12 hours of the initial purchase. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse or dispatched to the carrier, no further modifications can be made. If you miss the 12-hour window, you may utilize our 30-day Free Return Policy once the item is delivered.

7. RETURN & REFUND POLICY (100% TRANSPARENCY)

Our return policy is designed to provide peace of mind:

• Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Cost: Touboukou offers 100% FREE returns. We provide the prepaid shipping label, and there are no restocking fees.
• Refunds: Once the returned item is inspected at our facility (1402 S 34th St, West Des Moines, IA 50265), a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

Touboukou does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Touboukou shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
