Once a proper, bona fide infringement notification is received, Touboukou will:

• Remove or disable access to the infringing material.
• Notify the content provider or user that we have removed or disabled access to the material.
• For repeat offenders, terminate such content provider’s or user’s access to our services.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that the material that was removed is not infringing, or you have authorization from the copyright owner, you may send us a counter-notice. This counter-notice must include your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
