3. Carriers & Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to you automatically.
• Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to update the status of your shipment on their website.
• If your tracking number does not work after 48 hours, please contact our support team.

4. Specialized Packaging for Ceramics

Because our Ceramic Tea Sets and Artisanal Bowls are delicate, we go beyond standard packaging. Each piece is wrapped in multi-layered protective materials and housed in custom-fit, reinforced boxes. Our goal is to ensure that the beauty and integrity of our handmade items remain intact throughout the 2-6 day transit period.

5. Delivery Address Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Touboukou cannot be held liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to our facility at 119 Garfield Dr, Pensacola, FL due to an address error, a reshipping fee of $6.99 will apply.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that an item is damaged during transit, please contact us at support@touboukou.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage and packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for you.
