1. Shipping & Delivery

What is the shipping cost?

We offer a transparent flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all domestic orders within the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our handling time is 1-2 business days, followed by a transit time of 2-6 business days. In total, you can expect your package within 3-8 business days.

Which carriers do you use?

We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery of our fragile ceramic goods.

2. Orders & Cancellations

Can I change or cancel my order?

Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of order placement. Address changes should be submitted within 2-4 hours to ensure we can update the information before our Pensacola team starts the packing process.

Where is my order confirmation?

An automated confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact support@touboukou.com.

3. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We provide a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original artisanal packaging.

Are there any restocking fees?

No. We do not charge any restocking or administrative fees for returns. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days of the return receipt.

4. Product Care & Quality

Are the tea sets microwave and dishwasher safe?

While most of our ceramics are durable, we recommend hand-washing our Artisanal Handmade Bowls and tea sets to preserve the unique glaze and hand-painted details for years to come.

Why does my item look slightly different from the photo?

Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color and texture are normal and celebrate the uniqueness of each piece. No two items are exactly identical.
