1.2 Can I modify or cancel an order after it has been placed?
We strive for fast processing; therefore, you have a 12-hour window from the time of purchase to request a change or cancellation. Please contact us immediately at support@touboukou.com for such requests. If the order has already entered the fulfillment process or has been dispatched to our carrier, we cannot stop the shipment. In this case, you may follow our 30-day Free Return Policy once the package arrives.
1.3 Is an account required to complete a purchase?
No. At Touboukou, we support a “Guest Checkout” option to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. However, registering an account allows you to securely save your shipping details and access a comprehensive history of your orders.

We maintain a transparent shipping structure to ensure you know exactly when to expect your package:
- Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $6.99 applies to all orders within the United States.
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
- Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
- Transit Time: 3–7 business days. Total estimated delivery time is approximately 4–9 business days.
2.2 Where does Touboukou deliver?
Currently, we ship exclusively to physical addresses and PO Boxes within the 50 U.S. States. We do not offer international shipping at this time to maintain our high standards of delivery speed and reliability.
2.3 How can I track the status of my shipment?
As soon as your order is handed over to our carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier’s system to update the tracking information.

No. Touboukou provides 100% FREE returns. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. Furthermore, we do not charge any restocking fees, ensuring you receive your full purchase price back.
3.3 When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned item at our facility located at 1402 S 34th St, West Des Moines, IA 50265, our team will inspect it within 1–2 business days. After approval, your refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method. Please note that banks may take up to 5 business days to reflect the balance in your account.
