3. Return Process

2. Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
3. Carefully pack the ceramic items in their original protective materials to prevent damage during the return transit.
4. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Since we deal with fragile ceramics, if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement at no extra cost to you or issuing a full refund.

5. Refund Issuance

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.
