6. REFUND & CANCELLATION BILLING

Refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy:

• Method: Approved refunds are always credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Timeline: Once Touboukou processes a refund, it typically takes 5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing speed.
• Cancellations: You may cancel an order for a full refund within 12 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been shipped from our Tomball, TX office.

7. PRICING & TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

While we strive for 100% accuracy, errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical glitch, Touboukou reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund immediately.
