  1. SHIPPING COVERAGE & DESTINATIONS

We provide dedicated logistics services exclusively within the United States. Our current shipping network covers:

  • The 48 Contiguous United States.
  • Alaska and Hawaii.
  • APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses (Please note that transit times to military bases may vary depending on local carrier protocols).

International Shipping Notice: At this time, Touboukou does not facilitate international shipping. We do not deliver to U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam) or international destinations outside of the 50 U.S. states.

  1. SHIPPING CARRIERS & LOGISTICS PARTNERS

To maintain high service standards, Touboukou partners with the most reliable domestic carriers in the country. Depending on your specific location and the weight of your package, your order will be delivered by:

  • USPS (First Class, Priority Mail)
  • UPS (Ground, 3-Day Select)
  • FedEx (Ground Economy, Home Delivery)

Our fulfillment center in Tomball, TX selects the most efficient carrier for each individual order to ensure your products arrive safely and on schedule.

Please Note: Our fulfillment operations run Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays will be initiated on the following business day.

  1. SHIPPING COSTS & BILLING

Touboukou follows a simplified, transparent pricing model to eliminate confusion at the checkout stage:

  • Standard Shipping Fee: A Flat Rate of $6.99 applies to all orders, regardless of size or weight.
  • Transparent Billing: This fee is clearly itemized in your shopping cart before you finalize your transaction.
  • Zero Hidden Surcharges: You will never be charged additional “handling fees” or “packaging fees” beyond the listed shipping rate.
  1. SHIPMENT TRACKING & NOTIFICATIONS

Transparency is key to a stress-free experience. Once your order is dispatched from our facility, we will send an automated Shipping Confirmation Email to your registered address. This email will include:

  • The Name of the Carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
  • Your Unique Tracking Number.
  • A Direct Link to the carrier’s tracking portal.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the initial tracking status to update as the package is scanned through the carrier’s sorting facilities.

  1. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITIES & ADDRESS ACCURACY

To ensure successful delivery, customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

  • Address Corrections: If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact support@touboukou.com within 12 hours of placement. Once an order is processed, address modifications are no longer possible.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to our Tomball, TX office due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for the costs associated with reshipping the order.
  1. DAMAGED OR MISSING SHIPMENTS
  • Damaged on Arrival: If your package is visibly damaged upon receipt, please take photos and contact us at support@touboukou.com within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
  • Lost or Missing: If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please check with your household members and neighbors first. If the package remains missing after 3 business days from the “Delivered” date, please contact us so we can open a formal investigation with the carrier.
  1. EXTERNAL DELAYS

While we adhere strictly to our handling times, Touboukou is not responsible for transit delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather events, carrier-specific strikes, or peak holiday surges (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday). We appreciate your patience during these rare occurrences.
