Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

At Touboukou, we pride ourselves on our rapid fulfillment system designed to get products to our customers across the United States as quickly as possible. We understand that mistakes can happen or minds can change. This policy outlines the specific timeframes and procedures for canceling or modifying an order to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all parties.
- UNDERSTANDING OUR PROCESSING SPEED
To maintain our commitment to a 3–7 business day transit time, our warehouse team begins preparing orders shortly after they are placed.
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday.
- Handling Time: 1–2 business days. Because we prioritize speed, the window for changes is limited. Please review your order confirmation email immediately upon receipt to ensure all details are correct.
- ORDER CANCELLATION GUIDELINES
2.1 The 12-Hour Grace Period We offer a 12-hour cancellation window from the exact time the order was placed. If you notify us within this timeframe, we can guarantee a full cancellation and a 100% refund to your original payment method.
2.2 Cancellation Eligibility Based on Order Status
- Status: Payment Confirmed / Pending: Cancellation is guaranteed. Please contact us at support@touboukou.com immediately.
- Status: Processing / Fulfillment: We will make every effort to stop the shipment. However, if the order has already been packed and loaded onto the carrier’s vehicle, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Status: Shipped: Once a tracking number is generated and the package has left our facility at 1402 S 34th St, West Des Moines, IA 50265, we cannot cancel the order. In this case, you must receive the package and follow our 30-Day Free Return Policy.
2.3 How to Submit a Request To ensure your request is seen by our team in time, please email support@touboukou.com with the subject line: “URGENT: Cancel Order #[Your Order Number]”.
- ORDER MODIFICATION POLICY
We allow modifications to orders as long as they fall within the 12-hour window and have not yet been dispatched.
- 3.1 Shipping Address Corrections: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate address. If you notice a typo in your street address, city, or zip code, contact us immediately. Touboukou cannot redirect or retrieve a package once it is in the possession of USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- 3.2 Product Swaps: You may request to change an item’s color, size, or variant. These changes are subject to current stock availability.
- 3.3 Financial Adjustments: * If a modification results in a higher total, we will provide a secure link for the balance payment.
- If a modification results in a lower total, the difference will be refunded to your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, or PayPal account within 5 business days.
- REFUNDS FOR CANCELED ORDERS
When an order is successfully canceled within the permitted timeframe:
- Restocking Fees: Touboukou does not charge any cancellation or restocking fees.
- Refund Method: The refund is issued strictly to the original payment method.
- Processing Time: While we initiate the refund immediately, please allow up to 5 business days for your financial institution to reflect the transaction on your statement.
- SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES & SYSTEM ERRORS
- Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally placed the same order twice, please contact us within 12 hours. We will cancel the duplicate and ensure you are only charged for one shipment of $6.99.
- Inventory Discrepancies: In the rare event that an item you ordered is out of stock, Touboukou will contact you via support@touboukou.com. You will have the choice of a full immediate refund or waiting for a restock.
- Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors. We will notify you of the cancellation and provide a full refund.
