Cancel/ Change Order

At Touboukou, we understand that sometimes plans change. Whether you need to update a shipping address or cancel an order for a Ceramic Tea Set, we strive to accommodate your requests as efficiently as possible. Because we aim for a fast handling time of 1-2 days, please review the following guidelines carefully.

1. Cancellation Window

To ensure your order is cancelled successfully, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once our team at the Pensacola facility begins the specialized packaging process for your artisanal bowls, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Change Order Requests

We can accommodate the following changes if the request is made before the order is dispatched:

Type of Change	Condition
Shipping Address Update	Must be requested within 2-4 hours of order placement.
Item Selection Change	Subject to availability and price difference adjustment.
Contact Information	Can be updated anytime before the tracking number is generated.

3. How to Submit a Request

To cancel or change your order, please contact our support team immediately. Due to the time-sensitive nature of our shipping process, email is the preferred method of contact:

4. Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already entered the Transit Phase (2-6 days) and a tracking number from USPS, UPS, or FedEx has been issued, we can no longer cancel or modify the shipment. In this case, you will need to follow our 30-day Return Policy once the package arrives at your destination.

5. Refund Processing for Cancellations

Approved cancellations will be processed immediately. The full amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
