- Operational Flow: Orders placed before the cut-off time typically enter our picking and packing stage within hours. This efficiency means the window for changes is limited.
- ORDER CANCELLATION GUIDELINES
We understand that mistakes happen. We offer a grace period for cancellations to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
2.1 The 12-Hour Cancellation Window: You may request a 100% full cancellation of your order within 12 hours of the initial time of purchase. Within this timeframe, we can generally halt the fulfillment process and issue a total refund.
2.2 Cancellation Eligibility by Order Status:
- Payment Authorized: If your order is still in the “Authorized” or “Pending” state, cancellation is guaranteed.
- Processing Started: If our team in Tomball, TX has already begun quality checks and packaging, we will make every effort to stop the shipment, provided you are within the 12-hour window.
- Order Shipped: Once an order has been handed over to USPS, UPS, or FedEx, it is physically impossible for us to cancel the transaction. In this event, you must wait for the package to arrive and follow our 30-Day Free Return Policy.

- Shipping Address Corrections: If you provided an incorrect address, contact us immediately. Touboukou cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout if the error was not reported before shipping.
- Product Swaps (Size/Color): We can swap items for a different size or color of the same model, provided the item is currently in stock.
- Pricing Adjustments: If a modification leads to a higher total (e.g., adding an item), we will issue a secure payment invoice for the difference. If the modification results in a lower price, the difference will be refunded to your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, or PayPal account within 5 business days.
- POST-SHIPMENT PROCEDURES
Once a tracking number has been generated and the package has left our official address at 31122 Raleigh Creek Drive, Tomball, TX 77375:
- The order is considered finalized for transport.
- We cannot redirect the package to a new address or change the contents of the box.
- You may take advantage of our 100% Free Returns once the item is delivered if the modification was not possible in time.

- UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
- Inventory Discrepancies: On rare occasions, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed. In such cases, Touboukou reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund or a comparable replacement option.
- Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally place the same order twice, please notify us within the 12-hour window so we can cancel the duplicate transaction and prevent double shipping.
