  1. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION PROCEDURE

If you believe that your material was removed by mistake or through misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification. This request must be sent to support@touboukou.com and must include your contact details, identification of the material that was removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error. Furthermore, you must consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

  1. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Touboukou has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or suppliers who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to limit access to the Site for any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
