Once a complete and valid DMCA notice is received, Touboukou follows a structured internal process to ensure fairness and legal compliance:

  1. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION PROCEDURE

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or through misidentification, you have the right to file a Counter-Notice. To be valid, the counter-notice must be sent to support@touboukou.com and include:

  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Harris County, Texas, if your address is outside of the U.S.).
  • Your physical or electronic signature.
