1.2 Can I modify or cancel my order after placement? We operate with an efficient fulfillment system to ensure quick delivery. You may request a cancellation or modification within 12 hours of placing your order. Beyond this window, the order is likely processed and sent to our logistics partner. In such cases, you may follow our 30-day Easy Return process once the package arrives.

1.3 Is it mandatory to create an account? No, we offer a Guest Checkout option for your convenience. However, registering an account allows you to securely save your shipping details, view order history, and access real-time status updates.

2. SHIPPING & LOGISTICS

2.1 What are the shipping costs and delivery timelines? We strive for simplicity in our shipping rates. For all orders within our service area:

• Flat Shipping Rate: $6.99
• Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday.
• Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday.
• Transit Time: 3–7 business days.

2.2 Where does Touboukou deliver? Currently, Touboukou focuses exclusively on the United States, shipping to all 50 states. At this time, we do not facilitate international shipping or deliveries to U.S. Territories.

2.3 How can I track my shipment? Transparency is key. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a Tracking Number from major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to populate in the carrier’s system.

3.1 What is the Touboukou Return Policy? We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you are not, we offer a 30-day return window starting from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

3.2 Are there any costs associated with returns? No. To provide a risk-free experience, Touboukou offers 100% FREE returns. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label, and we do not charge any restocking fees.

3.3 When will I receive my refund? Once your return is received at our Tomball, TX facility and inspected (1–2 business days), we will trigger a refund to your original payment method. Most financial institutions reflect this credit within 5 business days.
