- Notification: We will notify you via email as soon as we have received and inspected your return, letting you know if the refund was approved or rejected based on the item’s condition.
- REFUND TIMELINE & METHOD
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed immediately:

- Processing Time: While we issue the refund immediately, it typically takes 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. This duration depends entirely on your bank or credit card issuer’s processing times.
- LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

- DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

- ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Before Processing: You may cancel your order for a 100% full refund if you contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
- After Shipping: If the order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it. You must wait for the item to arrive and then follow our Return Policy to receive a refund.
