• Notification: We will notify you via email as soon as we have received and inspected your return, letting you know if the refund was approved or rejected based on the item’s condition.

2. REFUND TIMELINE & METHOD

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed immediately:

• Original Payment Method: All refunds are credited back to the original method of payment used during checkout (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal).
• Processing Time: While we issue the refund immediately, it typically takes 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. This duration depends entirely on your bank or credit card issuer’s processing times.

3. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

• Before Processing: You may cancel your order for a 100% full refund if you contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
• After Shipping: If the order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it. You must wait for the item to arrive and then follow our Return Policy to receive a refund.
