1. RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 30-day return period. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this 30-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or exchange.

2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To ensure a successful return process, please make sure your items meet the following conditions:

• Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Packaging: The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective seals intact.
• Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number or receipt from touboukou.com.

Note: Touboukou reserves the right to evaluate the condition of returned goods and may refuse a return if the item shows signs of damage, modification, or misuse by the customer.

3. 100% FREE RETURNS & NO FEES

We believe our customers should not have to pay for an item they do not love.

• Zero Shipping Costs: For all authorized returns within the United States, Touboukou provides a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.
• No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or processing fees. The price you paid is the value we respect.

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

1. Contact Support: Send an email to support@touboukou.com with your Order Number and a brief description of why you wish to return the item.
2. Receive Your Label: Our support team will review your request and, once approved, email you a Prepaid Return Shipping Label along with detailed instructions within 24 hours.
3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item in its original box, attach the provided label, and drop it off at the designated carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) location.

5. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. However, if you prefer a direct exchange for a different size or color, please notify us at support@touboukou.com. We offer Free Exchanges and will ship the replacement item at no extra cost once the original item is received.
