At Touboukou, we understand that receiving your items in a timely and reliable manner is a top priority. This Shipping Policy is designed to provide you with a comprehensive overview of our logistics operations, from the moment you click “Purchase” to the moment your package arrives at your doorstep in the United States. Our goal is 100% transparency regarding costs, timelines, and responsibilities.
- GEOGRAPHIC SHIPPING COVERAGE
Touboukou operates exclusively within the United States. We are dedicated to serving our domestic customer base with high efficiency. Our coverage area includes:
- The Contiguous United States (All 48 lower states).
- Alaska and Hawaii.
- Military Addresses: Including APO, FPO, and DPO locations (Please allow additional transit time for these destinations due to military postal handling).
International Shipping Notice: At this time, Touboukou does not offer shipping to international destinations, U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam), or freight forwarding services.
- SHIPPING CARRIERS & LOGISTICS PARTNERS
To ensure your order is handled with care and delivered promptly, we partner with the industry’s most reputable domestic carriers. Depending on the size of your order and your specific location, your package will be delivered via:
- USPS (United States Postal Service): Generally used for standard residential deliveries and PO Boxes.
- UPS (United Parcel Service): Utilized for larger parcels and expedited ground routing.
- FedEx: Used for high-efficiency home delivery across the continental U.S.
- DHL eCommerce: Often used for the initial transit phase, with final-mile delivery typically completed by the local post office.
- FULFILLMENT & DELIVERY TIMELINES
We categorize our delivery process into two distinct phases: Handling Time and Transit Time.
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed starting the next business day.
- Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This period involves order verification, quality inspection of your items, secure packaging, and label generation.
- Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days. This is the duration from when the carrier picks up the package from our facility to when it arrives at your address.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: Customers can typically expect their orders to arrive within 4–9 business days from the date the order was placed.

- TRANSPARENT SHIPPING COSTS
We believe in a “no-surprises” approach to checkout. Touboukou offers a simple, flat-rate shipping structure for all orders, regardless of weight or the number of items purchased:
- Standard Flat-Rate Shipping: $6.99 (Applies to all 50 U.S. States).
- Payment Methods Accepted: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
- Taxes: Applicable sales tax will be calculated based on your state’s regulations and displayed clearly in your order summary.
- SHIPMENT TRACKING & STATUS UPDATES
Communication is key to a positive shopping experience. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send an automated Shipping Confirmation Email to the address provided at checkout. This email will contain:
- The name of the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL).
- Your unique Tracking Number.
- A direct link to the carrier’s tracking portal.
Note: Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking status to become active as the carrier scans the package into their network.
- ADDRESS ACCURACY & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
To ensure successful delivery, please verify your shipping address before finalizing your purchase.
- Address Corrections: If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@touboukou.com. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment stage.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to our facility at 1402 S 34th St, West Des Moines, IA 50265 due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
- LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
- Damage in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photographs and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information has not updated for more than 10 business days, please notify us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or a replacement.
- Stolen Packages: If your tracking says “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please check with family members or neighbors. Touboukou is not responsible for packages stolen from your property after successful delivery.
